not trans mount or t/a bushing

So my 02 z28 had symptoms of a broken trans mount which was correct but even after changing the trans mount and torque arm bushing the noise persists just not as badly now any ideas on what might be wrong ?

Is everything tight that you removed to replace broken mount and bushing?

Yes everything is plenty tight I always double check all of my nuts and bolts when I work on my car ... better safe than sorry
I know that my driveshaft has a wear mark on it from rubbing against the bottom of the car I assumed was from the tail end of the trans jumping up and down ... now im thinking maybe a bad universal joint possibly?

Yes that is possible to have worn the ujoint to the point that it needs to be replaced. Does it make any kind of noise while normal driving, also check your engine mounts maybe one is broken?

No it doesn't make any noise on normal driving or even moderate acceleration only when I have the urge to do some "spirited" driving and I will check my motor mounts tomorrow but the noise sounds more like its coming from right underneath me or a little behind the drivers seat area
