Is this normal?

When dumping the clutch at 2500 rpm's there is this thud from under the console (hard enuff that I can hear my change jingle in my cup holder) and the shifter jerks what seems to be about 3". I thought this to be a broke tranny mount, so I swapped it. But nothing changed. Still got that thump from under the car.

My car originally had an A4 and I swap in a M6. So I don't know what is considered normal for these cars.

Please Help.
