Noise from T56 after clutch swap

I recently did a clutch/slp flywheel swap and now I have clunking in between gears at light to moderate acceleration. Seems fine under hard acceleration, shifting fast. I thought that it was the tranny mount until I got under the car and found play in the driveshaft. With the car in gear I can turn the driveshaft and hear the same clunking from the tranny so I know this problem is internal. All of the bolts are tight (the ones I could get to anyway). I used locktight on all of the flywheel and clutch bolts, so I don't think there is anything loose in there. My thoughts are that maybe the T.O. Bearing is the wrong size for the transmission spline (I didn't check this before I reinstalled everything) or the pilot bushing was the wrong diameter for the shaft (again, I didn't check before assembly). The part number for the clutch matched my application, but I can't help but wonder if something wrong ended up in the box. Thanks for any help!
