No engine braking in overdrive

I just installed new 3-4 clutch, forward piston housing, and 2-4 Sonnax servos. Transmission shifts fine in all gears up and down but when in overdrive you take you foot off the gas the rpm's drop like it's in neutral and there is no engine braking. If I put it in D all is well it's only happening in OD. Any suggestions? Also, is it ok to drive in D with it's current condition?

So I took the car for a longer test drive last night and realized there is no OD at all, also the 2-3 shift feels like a slight hold back during the shift. Did I grind the 2-4 servo pin too much? I thought I had the travel to about .105.

A quck test for that is this. Its no real acurate but will give you and idea, Use a pry bar and pry in on the servo cover the travel should be no more than the thickness of the retianer ring , Its its more you did grind the pin to much, Though unless you went to a billet servo or something there should have been no reason to grind the pin anyway.
