New strange noise

I replaced my flywheel/clutch/pressure plate/pilot bearing a few weeks ago. A couple weeks after the install, I started hearing this new noise. It's louder when the car is cold but continues occasionally when the car is warm. It's sort of a groaning sound mainly when I'm letting the clutch out with the car in gear. It's a little more obvious when going from forward to reverse or vice versa. Occasionally when it's particularly loud I can feel sort of a vibration accompany it through the shifter. Has anyone experienced this or have an idea what it might be? Thanks
