NEW 9 Bolt Borg Warner Rear End ideas needed
Friends,
I have a borg warner 9 bolt rear end on my 87 IROC z28. Apparently it is shot at this point. I use this car as a dedicated race car and it is very difficult to turn fast at this point with all the wheel spin.
I called around to reider and asked some folks, apparently this rear end isn't available and isn't rebuildable.
Is there ANY hope to buy a set of gears and drop in this? I really can't afford to upgrade to a 10bolt rear end... Gosh, i am so frustrated at this point to have to upgrade a rear-end.
It would be WAY to expensive at this time. Can anybody offer a suggestion?
I'm open to ideas...
