need advice on torque converter

im not sure what stall to get. i have a full bolt on convertible t/a, i want to keep it streetable bc it's a daily driver from april to september except for bad weather. the only thing is im getting the le3 package with an le2 cam in the fall, so im not sure what stall i should get. i was thinking i should get like a 3800 stall, any advice would be appreciated.

3800 is pretty big, but honestly I'd get whatever size Lloyd or Bret says works for that cam package best.

What Dustin said^^^^ plus, give Precision Industries a call with your goals and your combination and they will spec you the right stall and converter for your needs. www.converter.com Big fan of the Vig here...9 years of 11s and daily driving and its been awesome. I just had it "freshened" last year for $225 when I had my trans rebuilt. Vicki at PI said that it looked fantastic for 8 years of abuse. Definitely do not skimp here. I got 5 tenths over my 11" LPE that came with my 383 package...
