Name These's Noises! My rear end.

well i have theses d@mn noises coming from the rear of my car. Its not really getting to me i just want them fixed or want to know if something is wrong.

History of the car had it for about 2 years. Its been in 2 wrecks both have had something hit the rear end of my car. The 1st one was some dude ran a stop sign and nailed the right corner panel maybe going 10 MPH and didnt even bother to hit the brakes from what i think. It messed up the quarter panel and part of my bumper pretty good but i don't think it was hard enough to mess anything up in my rear end.
2nd The car slide off the road. The front went over the curb and the back slide around and and the back tires went over the curb which i think MIGHT have had the power to mess something up. The car sat for nearlly 3 months with hardly being driven.

1. When i hit the brakes it normally sounds like a wrant wrant sound that sounds like its something going around and at the same point its making that noise. So do i need my brakes checked or what, could the impact have messed something up?

2. is the Shocks they squeek alot when i go over bumpers. Do you think they just need to be relubed or should i think about replacing them? I'm not sure when they were last replaced Which im hoping i dont have to do.

3. I get a whinning noise from the rear end at around 1700RPM's in manly a little in 3rd and more in 4th. I don't hear it in 1st or 2nd i don't think. But its done this since i've got the car and its only does it with my cut out upen, although im going to cap it again and see what i hear out of it. Is there a chance its just a noise like a whistle sound from the cut out? Do you think i just need to change the fluid(which i'm planning on doing) or could it be something else. While im changing it do you think i should get new gears since its already being done?

Thanks,
Brian
