Is my torque converter bad? Weird small vibration/knocking?

I just got my transmission rebuilt... NOTE: never did the knocking/tapping/vibrating thing Im dealing with now. Alright now I just got the car back and the transmission was rebuilt and supposably a new torque converter was installed. Well I put the car in drive whether its cold or warm the car makes like a small vibrating sort of of and I can feel it through the gas pedal. It also feels like something is just floating around in there and hits the bottom of the transmission every now and then. Sometimes you can even hear the noise from the bottom of the motor. I can feel it through the gas pedal its so weird. I can put it in neutral and then it all stops... no matter if its idleing or wot? Any idea whats going on? Did they not install the transmission or torque converter properly? Im thinking they didnt even replace the torque converter? It can idle and does it and when Im hammering on it it still does it...I need help, thanks guys
BTW, It will be going back to the shop tomorrow.
