Question MOSER- EATON - CLUTCH NOISE? help

I just recently installed a moser 12 bolt with the eaton posi. Ever since install this diff has clunked during cornering. I of course used the friction modifier and used 80 w 90 oil. Any ideas why this brand new unit would be hanging up. I've got a street twin but I've never truly jumped on this unit or power shifted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm ready to start the racing season but not real comfortable with this sound.

Opinions?

What's that??? Sorry, I don't understand.

What gear ratio are you using? The type of diff supplied depends on the spline count and gear ratio. 33 spline axels supplied w/4.11 ratio requires a modified diff. The number of disks in the differential is different from others.

Did you use dyno oil vs synthetic? Its a must.

Did you break it in as specified by Moser?

Regular Oil -

I haven't jumped on it Yet Means I'm still breaking it in -

33 spline -

4.10s -

I understand that it differs I read that with the 33 spline the carriers are from US gears which kind of sounds like misleading when you think you're buying a true Eaton unit, but what is your take on the chatter. Prob or No

Why did you use friction modifier? It's totally unnecessary with an Eaton posi. Just plain 80-90 dino lube.

You're kidding right.

Every source I've ever seen has said to use modifier including the Mechanic I know who builds nothing but race engines.
