mixing and matching parts?

ehh sorta dumb question, in my opinion but im gonna ask it just in case
Would it be fine if, for example, i got a flywheel from spec and a clutch from ram? does it matter that they are from two different companies? or any other mixed combo. will everything bolt up fine?

My logic suggest that all should be fine and dandy but you can never be too sure i guess.

thanks.

Re: mixing and matching parts?

Good question, 'cause I may be doing almost the same thing in my car soon?!
