Mcleod Street Twin Install Question
Mcleod Street Twin Install Question
So I have flywheel, bottom disc, and floater plate on but is the bottom disc not suppose to touch flywheel or plate at all I mean I can spin it but its still touching the flywheel and the plate...I used the shims they gave me and everything...
Re: Mcleod Street Twin Install Question
Yes it will touch the flywheel. Do you have a feeler gauge? make sure you check just like it says in the directions. I followed the directions exactly and have had no problems. Just make sure you torque everything as they say and use the lock tight as indicated. Mcleod supposedly has one guy who tests each one of those clutches before they leave to make sure they are right and those shims have to stay in their spots to keep the proper clearance
