Question Mcleod Adjustable master. Alternative?? Better price??

I am finding out now that I HAVE to spend $350 on an adjustable master cylinder to work with my dual friction setup from mcleod... Is there another company that makes somthing to knock off mcleod or is there a good source for a discounted piece. What a rip off. I sent an email to the company... I dont know what to do but $350 means new seats or a nice radar detector, shift boots and finishing my interior etc. it is a lot of money that I dont want to waste on one tiny piece that no one sees and is under my foot...

sounds good to me. I will get the ram one. As long as it has the adjustable throw then I dont know why it wouldn't work.

the ram piece is a modified piece of crap that is made for stock setups or mildly modified. The mcleod is manufactured by WILWOOD! It is built like a tank. It should also be use with any performance clutch setup. the stronger pressure plates that hold the extra horsepower need a stronger "PUSH" to open. that strain goes to your clutch master cylinder which can't handle the extra pressure. then somthing goes. There is a reason for upgrading from the weak and pathetic plastic and rubber setup that most people have.

The piston is larger, the bore is larger, it is solid and thick aluminum and to mount it you just thread the hardware they give you through the firewall. no U bolt and no nuts on the other side. I also was able to tighten all the hoses and isntalla more solid hose for the reservoir using hose clamps and zip ties. it is the most solid hydraulic setup now. Check out my other posts with pictures.

no pressure leakage and the only weak link is the stock slave cylinder. When it goes... $250 for the aluminum Mcleod slave which no one has or has a picture of. It does exsist. Our stock setups are pieces of CRAAAAAAAP! I compared side by side and in every way taking out your master/slave and using a mcleod and some stronger hose to replace the reservoir hose and clamping off the connections instead of leaving them to just pressure hold.... WORTH THE TIME*
