Major street twin problem please help.....

ok so here is the deal i have been running a street twin in my truck for over 2 years now with no problems at all. Now i just rebuilt the motor & while it was apart i replaced the t/o bearing with a new one. I also cleaned up the flywheel, PP, & floater disc with a lil sanding wheel just to clean off the surface. Now the problem is when i went to drive it, it goes nowhere, like its still in nutraul, i mean it rolled like 10 foot maybe, but its like the clutch is not grabbing at all.

Now i have not pulled the tranny back out yet, doing that this wekend. Providing there is no oil or anything on the disc, do you guys think that mabye the small amount of metal i took off the flywheel & PP & floater with the sander could be causing this, & if so how much of the shims should i take out to correct for this problem?

Oh & btw with the truck up on jack stands it does turn the rear wheels over but on the ground it just dosent have enough power to get it moving......

Opinions please.....
