M6 potential problems

I know this is going to be hard to explain but I will do my best. About 1 year ago I installed a Fidanza aluminum flywheel and McLeod dual friction clutch set up, just recently I have noticed that I'm getting a vibration at idle, a noise that sounds like water being splashed into a fan, and when I let out the clutch it feels like a bearing grinding feel. I have a solid mounted Spohn TA so I feel everything. Getting back to the "fan in the water" noise, I lifted the hood and it is NOT the belt. The sound is more towards to middle back by the firewall. I will try to do a vid but I don't know if my camera will pick up the noise. I'm going to put the car up on a lift this weekend and try to diag this closer. I just wanted to post this to get some feedback.

If the vibration still there at idle w/ the clutch pushed in?

Yes and the "water in the fan" does not seem to be rpm related. It doesn't change when I rev the motor.
