m6 input shaft seal did a search but.....

i did not find my answer. does anyone have a wright up on how to replace it? or any info on how to do it?

btw it is the t56 that came with the lt1's

you'll have to remove the front cover of your tranny to replace it. if you stand the tranny on the tail end, you'll need something to support it not the main shaft. you can then romone the front cover I think it's 10 or 12 bolts and the front seal is on the back side. just make sure when you put the cover back on the you don't force it with the bolts make sure it sits all the way back down then retighten the bolts.
