Luk Clutch Kit

Has anyone heard of this brand? Anyone got any info good or bad? I'm gonna get one installed tomorrow as my tranny is being rebuilt. Just dont know much about them other than what's on their web-site. Thanks.

I just ordered one. One of my dad's buddies said they're great clutches and suggested it for me, so we'll both have to see how it works.

I had a luk clutch kit put in last week. Probably still too early to make any judgments to its quality but I've heard good things. Most tranny shops around here use them for their installations.

At the shop they told me the clutch doesn't need a break-in period. Does anyone know about that? I get some chudder when trying to get going. Will that go away or have I already glazed it? I didn't abuse it but I did do a few full throttle runs but refrained from power shifts.

Cheers

Luk is the OEM clutch. Mine worked great when I had 345rwhp even with drag radials.
