LT1 vs LS1 4 Channel Rears

Will a guy have trouble swapping an LT1 4 channel into an LS1 4 channel car? I understand the reluctor rings on the axles have different tooth counts but I don't know that the traction control system cares. And I know I need to swap backing plates and such but the traction control differences have me wondering. For some reason I have come across more 4 channel LT1 rears recently than LS1 in 3.42 and I'm not ready to drop the coin on an upgraded just yet.

The axle shafts are slightly different lengths. You should swap them, and all brake parts, if you use your LS1 brakes. Your LS1 probably has a Torsen limited slip and the LT1 has an Auburn limited slip.

Yeah I understand all of that. I was only wondering about traction control compatibility. Unfortunately, I cannot reuse my old axles since they are so badly pitted.
