lt1 clutch fork bolt

the bolt for the clutch fork pivot point on my tranny keeps backing out. has anyone had this problem before on any of your cars? i've got it aamco right now but they said they can't see a problem, but the last guy said the same thing and this past weekend in the middle of san antonio traffic it backed out enough to where i couldn't use my clutch and the fork was rubbing against the pressure plate. any ideas? thanks
mike

Is it the stud or the nut backing off? If its the nut, put some loctite on there.
