LS1 Trans Mount on LT1

This is the correct part number correct? # 22174970 for LS1 Trans Mount. Do i need the nut also...? nut # 10406946.

What has to be done to make it fit on my LT1 6spd? ive searched quite a bit but im just trying to get opinions cause i see alot of ppl went with the ES mount, which i really dont want to do....

Thanks guys

Go with a poly mount. I'm about 95% sure tranny mounts are universal as long as it's a rear 2 wheel drive Chevy. I just got mine from Jegs for $30 shipped. Those regular rubber mounts just arn't up to the job and tend to fail.

Use the LS1 mount! And yes you need the nut.
