I have a 9" WAR housing and am going to build a 9" for the camaro around it. I plan on buying gears, a spool, and the moser housing and axle kit for the 4th Gens. I was wondering if anyone knew some sites or books to learn about this rear end.

I need to know to to make the decision on either 31 or 35 spline axles. I used the moser site calculator and it shows me needing 31 splines, but 35 would be a nice security factor. But how do I make 35's work? I think I just need 35 spline axles and matching spool, although I only see 28 spline gear sets. I understand that the axles and spool must match, but what about the yoke and pinion? Should they be 35 spline too for strength? What other tricks do guys use to strengthen these things? Solid spacers, etc? I also see different bearing sizes for these rears. Supposedly this carrier has new bearings for the pinion, but how do I know what size it is?

Sorry losts of questions, but I just want to know everything before driving to Summit.
