Limited Slip?

So, a couple months ago I bought a 2001 WS6 A4 as my family car All in all the car is great but the rear differential has a strange problem. It works perfecly from a stop and will spin both tires (numerous tests in front of my house confirm it and my neighbors have not complained). However, if I am taking a turn and wish to kick it out, it will lamely spin the inside wheel and acts like an open diff and generally will not drift in a satisfying manner. I took it to the dealer (only b/c of extended warranty) and they told me everything was just fine and it was working normally Do any of you know what could be causing this strange behavior or do your cars act in a similar manner? I'd like to tell them what is wrong and get a new LSD installed under warranty.

While this is my first V8 F-body, my previous 1998 V6 Camaro and my current C5 Corvette did not have this problem.

Thanks in advance for the help,

Bullman
