i got the converter and a cooler what else should i get

should i use mobil 1 synthetic atf?

should i get a deep trans pan????

 

Everything you mentioned are all good ideas. I also use the Mobile-1 ATF and really like it. If you have some miles on your transmission, you may want to replace the front transmission seal while the converter is out. I think it is only about ten bucks, also a new filter.

Tranny temp guage is nice to have.
Also I would purchase an SFI flexplate. Its cheap insurance and will only set you back 80 bucks or so.

 

yea i changed the filter 3 months ago i will get all the seals that are in the area, the temp gauge is also a good idea
