Inspection cover

Could someone tell me or show me where exactly to cut this thing so you dont have to remove it to get to the starter?? Thanks Eric

Just hold it up where it would bolt on and then cut the top of the hole where the starter would go so it looks like a U. i did this because i wanted to be able to remove the inspection cover and starter seperatly.
