I think I tore up the T56

Well, I honsetly had just got done talking to my buddy about how the LT1 T56's supposidly had better internals than the LS1 T56's and were pretty hard to tear up.

After a bit of hard driving, my tranny started to stick in 4th some, then it was getting stuck halfway between 4th and neutral really bad when trying to come out of 4th. Now it isn't having any problems with 4th other than it doesn't feel to smooth going into 4th. It is popping out of 3rd now though...anyone have any clue as to what I may have messed up and how much it is going to cost me to fix? I would like to try and fix it myself if possible. Might try reading up on it a lot and tearing into it myself.

Thanks for any advice ahead of time.

I have seen a steel fork at D&D for like $49. Think this is all I need and can I do this myself?
