How much to RR a TQ?

In my 97? About how many hours should a shop charge for?

Shop around for the best deal - usually you'll get a flat rate. I paid $350 here in Jax, my brother paid $250 in Bowling Green.

I am getting quotes around $300. Just wanting to make sure that I am not getting ripped.

Sounds about average then...even it it's "professionally" installed like mine was...keep checking the trans fluid for a few days, especially if you notice it shifting funny...mine was a couple quarts low. I think they forgot to fill the converter when they installed it.
