How many transmission mounts does my 96 Z have? I have one broken, but don't know which one.

 

one.. Its on the tail of the tranni.. connected to the long brace you see under it about 8 inches to the front of the car from the drive shaft.. Stick a jack under the tranni to support it but dont jack it up and losen the four bolts holding the black brace to the car and crack the one loose on the tranni mount and take it out (one in the middle) then proceed to loosen the other four bolts and when it comes out there are two bolts on the tranni that hold the mount in... I would go with a poly one if i were you.. I have one. its great!

all modern country music.. Mostly alan Jackson or brad paisley, stuff like that.. Brooks and Dunn ETC.. I got the poly trans mount from ThunderRacing.com.. Its under suspension.. i think its like 20 bucks give or take 5..

 

Cool. Brooks and Dunn are great! I like Collin Raye, he about my favorite. i got to see him in Sept. 2003. It was a great show! Well, maybe I'll check out Thunderracing then. How long did it take them to ship yours?
