Ok 2 to 3 heat/cool cycle a day is gonna be good.
Do i need to flush the new fluid after my 400km break to put some new one or it should be ok?
Thank you

Re: How many miles to correctly break my gear?
You should have your speedometer recalibrated for the gears. The process is not the same for all years. You don't say what year your car is or what transmission you have. It's very hard to answer tech questions without car information. The signature field is a good place to provide some basic info.

I just had a new Strange 12 bolt installed and the tag said to drive it for 250 miles at 50 mile intervals with a cool down period in between the 50 mile drives. And "no harsh acceleration"....I would use this guide for breaking in any gear set...
