How much longer do you think my rear brake pads will laat, because the one side hit the metal tab and is making a horrible squeal sound. I wanna get them done before they wreck my rotors. I would say there is at least 1/8 of an inch left on the worst pad. Do you think I can make it a week?

u probably could make the week, but don't drive much.

i recently had the same problem on my winter beater.

key tip is when and if it gets the rotor all the way down. if it hits the inner part, say good bye to ur brake lines and a hole hell of a lot more.
