how long does it take the 4l60e to shift

how long does it take the 4l60e to shift
I'm workin on my shift points using tuner cat. And I've read that it takes the tranny about 4-5 hundred rpms to shift from 1-2 and 400rpms to shift from 2-3. Is there any truth to this? This is with a pro built 4l60e if that matters.
