Are you looking to remove it or just have it default to off rather then on?

Hit the switch! If you want to permanently disable it it can be done in the PCM. And there is some other way involving replacing or reversing the switch. I just can't seem to recall the details (senility is a bitch). But if you do a search you will find it. It has been discussed here.

Or you could just unplug one of your wheel sensors. That disabled the crap outta mine.

disabling the speed sensor will probably disable the ABS as well as the traction control

do you want to disable traction control only?

Heres what you will need if you still want ABS and get the ugly black box off the drivers side valve cover. Part #s for the cables are a few posts down...
