highway driving bad for clutch break in?
the manfacturers instructions say 500 miles of city or stop-and-go traffic to break the clutch in.
just installed it and want to visit the gf this weekend, 300 miles away.
part of that will be semi-city driving, but 200 of it will be straight highway.
is that bad?

Highway driving doesn't hurt the clutch, it's just "clamped" in place so you're not breaking it in. You need to engage/disengage the clutch to break it in. Just extend your break in period to include more stop and go driving before you abuse the clutch.
