High mileage gear swap

Is it worth it to do a gear swap on a high mileage rearend without replacing
the posi unit or any bearings.The car has about 100,000 miles on it but runs fine.

just get a rebuild kit I think that they are $89.00 from summit and come with all the bearings and seals, then it would be worth while.

So nobody thinks a 175,000km posi needs rebuilding or replacing?
