help picking a torque converter

ok swapping my tranny again and i want something a little better than a stock finned out converter. i also do not want to spend $700-800 either. i was planning on spending between $400-500. What are your opinions? I was thinking of getting a fuddle but am open to suggestions. looking for a 10" lockup 3000-3200 stall.

Find a used Vigilante or Yank.

There is good feedback with the Fuddle converters and they will run right around your planned budget. Otherwise, as mentioned above, you should't have any problems snagging a used Yank or Precision Industries Vigilante converter.

i use ger converters because they build them to my car for the same price as a tci or b&m, converters can make or break a car so make sure the one you get is designed to make the most of your car. used converters are a scarry thing. why are they getting rid of it in the first place? be very careful
