HELP!!! No OD, slipping 2nd

I got the tranny all back together again and here are my problems

1. No overdrive at all. (or very very weak when it does engage)
2. Sloppy/sluggish 1-2 shift and difficulty holding 2nd under WOT
3. Very sloppy 1st engage from a standing stop in D or OD

the tranny shifts fine from 1-2-3 when i manually shift it, but in D and OD it shifts like crap. the 2-3 shift is very firm and good but the 1-2 is slow and OD is not there

any ideas???? thanks in advance

i am gonna rebuild the 2-4 apply servo and check all that out as well as the accumulators on the valve body...but i think its the 2-4 band apply servo.
