Hey, I'm new here...anyways...I blew the engine in my '80 Z28, completely messed it up. So I figure if I gotta go get a new engine for it, I might as well get rid of that beat 3 speed auto (I drove around a 4 speed auto in my 86 IROC for a year, and downgrading to a 3 speed is hell...always expecting one more shift out of it..). Ignoring the cost of the transmission it self (I plan on getting a Richmond Street 5 Speed from Jegs) Does anybody have any idea what I'm looking at for labor for the swap? Thanks for your time
