Gear rattle or imput shaft bearing

I finally got my t56 conversion done and figured out my clutch issues. Now it seems that I have a separate issue. With the clutch engaged (not pressed) both in gear and out of gear I have a significant amount of vibration and noise. I been researching this and seems like it is either gear rattle or a bad input shaft bearing. Is there any way to tell. I am currently using a clutchnet 6 puck disc with a sprung hub, I have a 383 motor with a pretty rough idle and has not yet been tuned for the t56 setup.
