I recently had some Richmond 3.42's installed in my car and there's a slight bit of noise. Is there anything I can do to limit this noise? Here's some options, tell me if they might work or if im just stupid, i dont care:

Right now the car has valvoline std. fluid w/ford lim. slip stuff(mech. said it was the best, i dunno)....

1)Dynamat or substitute the interior floor some......?
2)Try using synthetic fluid?
3)maybe adding the GM add....w/the ford one???This could be bad?????
4)Syn. w/just the GM add.....?
5)what affect would a high or lower weight oil have on the noise?

Anything, this noise is driving my crazy.......

I think people have reported syn made theirs a lil louder so going to dino oil was better.

Get yourself some exhaust, or a better radio maybe?

Tell the guy that set it up to tweak it cause it whines.

Mine doesn't whine that bad, but i just got used to it.
