Funny noise

Ok last fall I replaced my tranny mount because the old one was worn out. I got a 1LE replacement from the dealer and installed it after I got it. I noticed mainly in 1st gear and sometimes 2nd when there is alot of weight transfer from going WOT there is kinda like a ripping sound like rubber twisting. Now my question is when I install the new mount, the stud that comes out the bottom of the tranny mount and goes through the hole in the bracket that supports the back of the tranny is the nut supposed to be tightened all the way down? Sounds kind of stupid yes but it got tight really early and I just kept going and going and it didn't seem to want to tighten up.

Now that might or might not be the problem. I was thinking that maybe the clutch disk on my Spec Stage III is worn out down the the rivets and maybe its slipping then grabbing causing to make that noise Anyone have any ideas here on what it could be? Thanx for the help!

Well the tranny mount is fine. I noticed a little bit of a leak where the bottom of the tranny meets the bellhousing. Its not leaking any more but it looked like it was at one point. I'm starting to worry that my clutch disk is shot, or that some fluid got on it and is causing it to do that.

Anyone know what it sounds like when a SPEC stage III disk is worn out? What are the symptoms?
