Fluid for tranny T56

Recently pulled motor and trans for rebuild. What kind of fluid goes into the 6 spd tranny? All I see at the stores is Automatic, is that all it is in there?

Non-synthetic ATF. It says on the side of the transmission. I think I used Castrol from AutoZone.
