Fluid for Eaton

Just a quick question.
Im installing 3.73's and an eaton posi into my car.
Would some regular 80/90 gl-5 with a 4 oz bottle of limited slip additive do the trick?

thanks

Re: Fluid for Eaton

That's what I use in my 12-bolt with the Eaton...

But use the GM additive, I've had bad luck with the generic stuff...

Re: Fluid for Eaton

Cool.
You guys think I will see a traction improvement after the install? or will the 3:73's make it even worse?

My car WILL NOT hook at all from a roll in first and spins most of the way through second with my 275's on the back.

I like the added power of the cam...but I cant get any traction now
