Factory Rear end is leaking

So, how hard is it to replace a pinion seal ? I believe that's the right name for it, it's the one closest to the drive shaft. I want to do it myself so hopefully I won't need any special tools. I have access to a lift so that will help. Thanks

There's been a lot of posts on this. See what you can pull up on a search.

It's not too hard to do but you need to make sure to retighten the pinion nut properly and you might want to seal your splines as well in case it's leaking through there.
