Factory Hurst v. Aftermarket Hurst - Visual difference

Is there a visual way to tell the difference between the factory H shifter and the aftermarket one. I am buying a used car and want to get a short stick, it was already in the car when the previous owner bought it, so I need to figure out which one it has so I can order the right stick.

Thanks,
Charlie

My aftermarket Hurst shifter has a gold anodized billet aluminum base with adjustable stops on it. To my knowledge the factory Hurst shifters did not have adjustable stops on the base.
