Face-Plated or Pro-Shifted T-56

What does anyone know about these 2?

I'm in the middle of a teardown/rebuild/upgrade of my t-56, and have run into some fairly good wear on the syncro teeth on the gears for almost all of them; and was wondering if anyone has any experience with these 2 options from Liberty?

Don't know about the "face-plated" setup, but I've read reviews on the pro-shift kit from people that actually have them, and supposedly it's a racing setup only. Even when you're trying to shift smoothly it won't happen that way.
