What is the exact width of our rears?

I'd like to know this as well.....I've seen 7.5" and 7.625"...

BTW Grip.....I like your car alot....sounds great, and looks great. I like the wheels and the stripe.

Actually that refers to ring gear diameter. Width would be the distance from axle end to axle end. Also could be measured end to end on the housing alone.

I have one out of my car right now, if noone knows for sure before then, I'll check when I get hom from work tomorrow.

my bad....I misunderstood. Alot of people ask whether we have 7.5" or 7.625" rears.....I still don't know the answer, and would like to know so maybe someone could clarify this.

The Strange website has a diagram of the 12-bolt, for the 3rd Gen and for the 4th Gen. They show:

Hub flange face to hub flange face:

4th Gen - 64.72"
3rd Gen - 61.72"

Since they are direct replacements for the 10-bolt, that dimension should be the same for both.
