It feels like a high frequency vibration that only gets worse as the car’s speed increases. In other words, the vibration is not associated to engine speed, only the speed of the car. The vibration almost felt as if it was coming from the middle of the car right behind the driver’s seat. At least, that was my experience with my unbalanced driveshaft on my 84 Z28. Sent the drive shaft to get balanced and it went away.
