Ok, my car is acting up aside from being bottomed out.. the tranni wont shift smoothly into gears, it goes into all gears but it jerks around.. Is that master/slave cylinder related?? The the tranni i noticed has some oil(tiny tiny bit) on it... Is that little bit going to affect my clutch.. I know this is how it all starts from a little one but the rear main was just replaced... clutch grabs but i feel something giving out at the top end...

 

Well the oil on trans an be blow by from an intake manifold leak OR a cracked washer on your oil pan bolt usally. You say the tranny is bangin around, it could VERY well be your trany mount, I would inspect it, see if its squashed/cracked. Our master/slave clutch units seems to either work or dont, they usally dont give a sign of it about to do. Since its a sealed unit, its either gonna be sealed and work, or have a hole and loose pressure and not work. Hope that helped.

 

I mean the shifter jerks around... not the tranni.. you have to like push it into gear at a stop and cruising is fine..
