Is this clutch shot?

This is a clutch for a T56 on an LT1 F-body. Supposedly this is a new clutch with about 1,000 miles on it.

I don't know **** about looking at a clutch/flywheel and assessing its condition, but the flywheel looks scary to me. Don't know about the clutch disc, but I don't like the places where it looks like the friction material is "scuffed."

What do you guys think? Can I just resurface the flywheel or does the clutch need to be replaced too?
