Clutch release point changing after it warms up, normal?
I have a converted my car to M6 over the summer, and put in a SPEC stage II clutch, w/adjustable master cylinder. It works great, but after it gets warmed up or is in heavy use (traffic mainly) the clutch release point will move higher on the travel of the pedal. I was discussing it with a friend and his speculation is that it's caused by the same thing as "brake fade" where the brakes will feel different after warming up, and it's normal.
Does this sound like a reasonable conclusion? Does anyone else have this problem with this clutch or any other?
It's really annoying, cuz i never know where the release point is gonna be after a bit of driving, and can really be a pain in the *** if i'm trying to launch.

Not sure, although it does sound logical considering clutches are usually made of brake material. Is this a new clutch your "breaking in"? Check your fluid level and if its an old clutch, you might want to consider getting under there and taking a loot at it.
Oh, also forgot to mention, i've had this happen to me before a few times, but it was from a bad install, I had put the throw out bearing on correctly, but it wasn't on the fork real snug, so after about two weeks it would shift real real high.
I took a look under there and the throw out bearing was a bit crooked. That may be what is happening with you, but probably not, either way.
I think you could check for that by just jacking the car up and flashing some light in the housing where the fork goes in to check on the throw out bearing.
