Clutch Pedal stuck to Floor and came back up...

I was driving my car a few weeks ago (been sick for 2 weeks) and when I went to down shift and the clutch pedal stuck to the floor. I then heard some funny/bad noises, so I rolled it into a gas station and the pedal rose back up but its really hard to press down now. I remember it being like this once before I think it was when the clutch was disconected from the master cylinder. The clutch (SPEC 3) and flywheel (autozone/$60 crap) are newish. I have tried to move the fork around by hand and it has a ton of foward to back and up and down play. I however dont remember if it has more play than when I assembled it all together last jan/feb...ish.

THANKS for any help. Brad
